While my first job is being Dr. Mandana’s daughter, my second and arguably more important job is assisting my mom with patients and running her social media accounts, namely Instagram and Facebook!
When I’m not posting about the office’s promotions and beautiful new smiles, I am taking photos or writing for one of the many publications I am a correspondent to. I am currently studying at Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
Whenever I’m home I love coming to the office and meeting all of the new patients and seeing all of their confident smiles! I admire the work of my mother and her team and am glad that I have an opportunity to share their life-changing work with the greater Cleveland community and beyond!
I am the Treatment and Insurance coordinator for our office. I get the opportunity to meet and welcome new patients to the practice. I set up consultations with new patients to help them get started with and understand how our treatment process works. I also, go over all of the financial responsibilities that come with receiving orthodontic treatment. My favorite part of what I do is seeing patients enjoy their beautiful smiles.
When I am not at work you can find me exploring the outdoors. I am often camping, hiking, practicing yoga or enjoying time on my tiny farm. No matter what the adventure is I am always ready for it!

My name is Char, I am the lead orthodontic assistant. I have 10yrs of experience in the dental industry. I assist with an array of tasks that include bonding braces, making retainers, and appliances and placing tooth gems. Outside of work you can find me hanging out with my kids and cooking. I really enjoy trying out new recipes!
I am the first to greet our patients as the front desk coordinator and with 25+ years in dental practice management, I am a dedicated and highly motivated professional with a proven track record in administrative and supervisory roles. I am known for my can-do attitude and unwavering commitment to excellence. I consistently exceed expectations and tackle challenging tasks with determination and focus. I truly enjoy seeing my patients smile. In my free time I like to travel, enjoy a good nap and play cards with my family and friends!
